I think you car is dangerous and you better get rid of the non-centric spacers. When I changed wheels, I used 10mm spacers in the rear with stock bolts. The new aftermarket wheels had a thinner hub than stock. In front I had to use shorter bolts with no spacers. If your bolts are too long just buy shorter bolts. Discount Tire sold me mine.
