I would be looking more at a 10 inch width going that wide, at 9 inches you're pulling the beads in about 2 inches! That's a whole bunch with only a 3.4 inch tall side wall. Even if they do get them on I would be concerned with rim damage from the equipment trying to pull the bead over the wheel.

Have a look in the thread called 'appreciate your thoughs on new rubber' in this forum ... a pic of successful mounting of 295/30R20 !!

I bet the guy running that machine had his nuts in his throat for a few seconds.
