Default Re: Eaton M271 Supercharger.

EATON blowers are a roots-type blower, no? I was under the impression that the SRT used a Lysholm-type... MUCH more heat efficient. Also, don't the Eaton models have a relatively long "snout" that the pulley is mounted on? My daily driver uses an M62 Eaton...

If the SRT is indeed using an Eaton/roots blower, there's huge room for improvement. Possibly look at a reference showing interchangability between Eaton/Whipple, and apply that research to the SRT? Take a look at SVT Cobras, for instance. Factory HP is 390 FWHP (flywheel, not front-wheel).

Upgrading to a Whipple (Lysholm) with a pulley upgrade yields an immediate 150 HP... there are some BEASTLY Cobras running around with this combo.
