I just joined this group. I have a 2004 Xfire 69,000 mi. I have a serious problem with moisture inside the drivers side headlamp after a rainstorm or wash.. I have the primo extended warranty but the dealer and Chrysler tell me that the problem is not covered. The dealer says that I need a new headlight assembly @$519 + $190 labor. My appointment is for Monday May 4 but , after reading this forum, I think that I would be wasting my money.
Last week When I had the car serviced, I received a complimentary wash and I saw water inside the passenger side headlamp for the first time. WTF?

Any thoughts?
