The two best products on the market today for no rinse, limited water use washing are Optimun No Rinse (ONR) and Protect All Quick & Easy Wash Stick with either of those and you'll be fine, just make sure to use plenty of clean microfiber towels in the process. While I've not personally used either of these, they are both highly respected and widely used among avid detailers who have to deal with water restrictions. Either is a good choice for people living in northern climates as a winter wash inside the garage as well.
