Actually, if you
contact ebay through the proper contact form (impossible to find) and your
pictures are on a domain you registered (Crossfire Forum Gallery doesn't count unless you own the crossfireforum.org domain) and you have a
copyright statement on the page the picture appears, you
will be able to defend your ownership.
That's why I have my stuff on a domain that I own and use the copyright mark on every page.
If you do all that, eBay is very quick to take action. It helps to use your web stats tool to identify images being loaded in the ebay domain - an easy clue that someone has stolen your picture AND your bandwidth. IF they rehost it, it's harder to track.
