I have a tube of black silicone. I thought about using just a touch of that. Should the water be getting through the glass to the inner rubber seal? That rubber seal on the inside has a water track but I didn't think it was supposed to even get back there.

I had the headliner replaced back in Nov. I wonder if they messed up that rubber strip by not putting it back right. Maybe now it is not sealing with the window properly.
