Let's be realistic if someone just bought a NA there not going to turn around and try and sell, if they trade the car in they would get about 4k less then they just paid or have to try and sell it privately while setting up an SRT buy. Second issue is SRT's are becoming harder to find as I can tell you even in SoCal where there's millions of people the SRT is a rare find.
The NA is growing in the After Market as well it should be, there are alot on the road and the performance aspects are getting better and better I'd say go with the NA with bolts on you can realisticly get it down into the low 14's depending on the size of Nitrous shot you could easily get his car to SRT levels. Or enjoy the low 14's an wait for a Forced Induction kit to come around there are a few people working on such things try the thread with Chuck Norris and see what he's done.
