Cooling fan -10*C mod can be done by any shop that has access to STAR diagnostic software, and the appropriate know-how to assign the correct changes. Jerry posted a very informative step-by-step thread on MBWorld with the exact order of steps in the C32, C55 AMG forum - a search over there would probably turn it up.
