Looks lowered to me. When I Lowering my car camber increases as well as toe out. you may be able to get by with just toe adjustment. On my car I installed camber bolts from the dealer in the front and a K-Mac camber kit in the rear. My car in now all within factory specs (camber/toe) and lowered.
