I helped a few years back when we all sent money to the woman who needed help to hang on to her car. I thought people would be more responsive. If everyone sent me just $1, I could probably cover a couple payments!

Stan.... now why would you be dissapointed? You asked and some people gave. You are not happy with the results so now you have to make us all feel bad? I guess that is the bailout mentality of kids today... to expect people to just hand over everything. Everybody owes something to everyone! Guess what... we are all hurting financially. If I needed money I would be asking family members. Not people on forums I don't personally know. I didn't say anything the first time you asked. But now that I hear you complaining... well now I am saying something because I am tired of hearing this. I may get black listed for my thoughts... but I am sorry if I feel that way. This is a forum to talk about cars and get answers to question.... this is not a street corner for begging. If you wanted and were asking for a job... that is one thing and I would love to help you if I could. But asking for money is not the answer to your problems. Begging for money from strangers is degrading. I have more self respect and would never do that. I would rather sweep streets or work 5 dollars an hour jobs cleaning toilets than beg for money.
One day if I ever need help, I will not be asking people here in this forum.
