wow that is simple as can be, good stuff man.

what length bolt did you use, in your writeup you just say it is MM long.

I found several "ebay" pulleys that are smooth not grooved that may work.

Thanks for the info though, I am going to do mine!

What is the size of the idler pulley you used? If you have that then it shouldn't be too difficult to find a smooth pulley somewhere.

also, can you circle the pulley you removed then circle the pulle/bracket you replaced it with so it is clearer what you moved/replaced?
