You can use Rotex Gold pads, EBC pads, etc. There's a few makers of pads that cut down on the dust.

Or you can do what I did. I didn't want to toss out the stock pads while they're still good, seems awfully wasteful to me. I just waxed the hell outta the wheels, now they clean up pretty quick, and don't seen to collect as much dust either.

Even going to the Rotex pads won't keep your wheels from getting dusty, it'll just cut down on it.
