The shop that sold me my 74mm Throttle Body listet this part for the following engines/models:

M112 - V6 Engine - 2.6 / 3.2 / 3.7 (build 2000-) 68mm on all M112 engines
M113 - V8 Engine - 4.3 E43 / 5.0 E50 / 5.4 E55 AMG and SLK 55 AMG (build 2000-) Only late 02 and up will work with the right electronics. All SC TBs have different electronics, so the E55 SC will not work.

However - you should recheck the part numbers I posted above
