One thing about the Cross car here if he is leaning out because he's added new mod's on an old tune of course he's not going to be running top numbers. Yes Cross Exhaust will help not night and day but should breath better near the top and give you a few mph. Tune (to make use of the new modifications) and exauhst I think the car should be in the 11's no problem maybe even to the top of the list, 11.7 seems very attainable.
