Re: Nitrious Oxide!! Please Advise.
hay,, I had NOS wet on a ptcruiser (the one below) I started with a 35 shot,, no tuen needed,, then went to the 50 shot no tune needed ,,, then went with the 75 shot each time my air fuel was going down (richer with the 75 shot my afr was in the low 11's high 10's I had started in the high 12's (retuned the car got the afr back to the low to mid 12's the car was running low 13 seconds in the 1/4 mile I went with a 100 shot fine tuned the jets,, ( the instructions that said what jets needed to get 100 hp was wrong) i had like 89 hp so i am guessing that they make them all low after fine tunning the jets to a real 100 hp, my PT ran 12 93 @ 108,,,, eight (8) ( auto)transmissions later,, I removed the NOS and could here every click ,knock, squeak, moan that that car never had before,, I sold it with a total of 30000 miles on the car,,, all track miles ,,,,,when i bought my crossfire,, I sold the NOS system and will never use one again,,, yes they make the car go like hell but not for me. if you could stay with a 35 to 75 shot,, and never go above that it might work well for you (((but you can't))) the more you have the more you want. good luck jim
