Yes.. it probably is not seated right.. this is the problem with 99% of headlight bulb installations on this car..
Check your H7 bulb, it should have a flat notch.. this is the bottom of the bulb. There's a place in the headlight housing for this notch to "slide in".. hard to describe.. check out the HID installation guides, the'll help.
