Did you spray WD-40 directly into the throttle-body (did you remove everything connected to it)? If not, you couls be gunking up the MAF. There is proper t-body cleaning spray out there - I suggest that instead of WD-40. You could try injector cleaner and/or fuel system cleaner. Dirty air filter? Cr@ppy gas?
