Absolute genius – I am new to this forum and I asked a question about this earlier today and I was directed to this clever solution for which I am very grateful. I for one will be buying the noodles, bungee cords etc and making my own. I would rather the car looked “vaguely” ridiculous when parked in a busy car park, but stay free from dings (we call them dints in the UK) when I am driving it.

This forum is really good and, having recently bought an Xfire, I have spent several hours reading posts about all manner of really useful observations and pointers. I hope that I will be able to make a useful contribution myself at some point in the future.
