Smile Re: Sirius Sportser Mounting

Hi,
Thanks so much for responding. I just went on ebay and ordered the goose neck mount for my sirius sportser satellite radio. I currently have the antenna installed behind the seats on the panel. I have the convertible as well and I thought the signal would come through ok there, but it has some static, so I am going to move it to the same configuration you have set up. I'll write back if I have more questions... thanks again!!

The guy has multiples for sale. The gooseneck bolts to the floor by slightly loosing the passenger seat floor bolt nearest the console (10mm ratchet) and sliding the gooosneck base under the bolt. The entire procedure takes five minutes. Then I ran the antenna wire around the console behind the drivers seat under the floor sill up along side the front of driver door and placed the antenna on the dash near the glass. It works great and I have had no reception problems. Let me know if you need more info
