Chrysler makes a throttle body cleaner, that cleans the carbon from it and everything inside it. It also won't leave a residue like wd40.
...OH I hear ya there ! I just had my doubts that the "bucking" I was feeling was even FROM the throttle body. My mind was everywhere else BUT. When a friend suggest trying the WD-40 I was a bit fearful. After all, this was suggested to be used on my BABY !! So, posted here to see if anyone else had tried. Me, being me....couldn't wait...went out and tried it anyways the car was to be driven into work that night and if it was going to work...now was the time to see.
I'm a bit more educated now (thanks to fellow postings). Next time I'll get the proper throttle body cleaners and what have you. But it's always nice to know it will work in a pinch !!
