EXFYRED: Good to here your feed back as you are the most knowledgeable guy I have heard from when it comes to superchargers. Please keep us updated about the Vortech superchargers when you know more. The Kleemans unit is 7lbs boost and from the stock Xfire, it moves us up to 330 hp and 325 ft/lbs torque with no internal mods. I would think that with the boost at only 7lbs. it should be reasonably bullet proof! Whats your thoughts?
Add a K&N, chip and exhaust system and we are over 350 hp realistically. Lets face it, I am not planning to race it, but it would be nice to have the extra torque for the "fun factor"!
I have only two problems left to deal with:
1) big bucks $11,000>< US!
2) Say goodbye to the 7 yr warrenty I purchased!
