I am not saying you won't get yours, you probably will, I personally just won't deal with them (like some other vendors here). Is it me, or is it harder and harder to find responsible, respectable vendors for our little community?!?! WTF!
Recently Brandon had to evacuate his house due to a wildfire, and relocate temporarily...even so he shipped out my pulley and belt wrap very quickly. I can only speak from personal experience but have so far have received great communication and parts quickly. I consider this great service from a vendor who does this part time from his day job.
