what happens is the adjusting screw was backed off to much. i am haveing the 100% same problem this kid is having. on my passenger side the adjust screw only moves the light more downward and will not adjust up. the prjecting lese dosent even move wen i try to adjust the screw so it would aim up. it only moves when i adjust it lower. what can i do?
