Yes. Most important thing is making sure you have enough fuel to match the nitrous (in your case, installing a large enough fuel jet). Tuning is simply for more power.
The only other thing you may want to do down the road is go with spark plugs one heat range colder than stock. Also, NEVER use platinum spark plugs! (don't know the reasoning, but enough nitrousheads told me about this one that I didn't question it.)
And yes, bottle pressure is important. W/o a bottle warmer, you'll get a much harder hit when the bottle's full vs. close to empty.
