I reinstalled the bulb and having the same issue. Im 10000000% sure its not how the bulb is seated. Its been like that through several different bulb installs from several different people from me, to local MB Mechanic, to the Chrysler dealer...etc...


However, I noticed today when I was standing a ways back from the car with the lights on, that the projector that im having issues with (passenger side) seemed to be pointed off the the left (when facing the car) instead of straight. I remember there being a part in the user manual, the paper one, about a way to change the alignment of the projector left to right. It showed a picture of a little square deal behind the headlight assembly. I managed to find it, but coiuldnt figure out how to adjust it. Do you think this might be affecting it? if so could someone explain how to adjust the projector as far as the horizontal alignment goes?
