with regards to your question there has been some failed attempts at supercharging the N/A motor in the Limited. However, I think the cast engine can not withstand the forces of anything over about 6psi leaving you wanting a heck of a lot more power and nowhere to go.
The computer is a completely separate issue and a big deal.
If you really want a supercharger, then the best solution is buying an SRT.
turbocharging the crossfire has been tossed around for quite some time now...but all to no success... you can't just slap on a turbo on the crossfires and expect magic...good luck with your endeavours, but i personally don't think it is a smart option.
i kno you cant just slap a turbo on. Ive turboed a couple cars i kno how it works. i wouldnt just slap one on any stock motor it needs to be full built im talkin start from block and then up i spent over $2000 in just the head of a s2000 i had it takes alot of time and money i would rather have the charger because of the less power and less fine tunning. Turbos are a pain in the a$$ but once its fully set and tuned its amazing. Im going to the yard this weekend.
