I would take them Mobile 1 and replace it and then if it cures the problem then you know!!! I hope it was synthetic at least..... Wait getting ahead of myself.... did it do this when you brought it in? Ok, now if it cures the issue and yes it could be expensive, I would ask for a full refund and then have them pay for new oil and a new filter!!! Then let heads start rolling!! If you continue to have problems, check the above listed, all caps secure, right amount of oil etc, make sure plug wire did not get loose ( should not really have been touched, but hey drooling kid changing oil forget things sometimes). Bad gas put some rolaids in the tank, and check back in the morning... On the serious side I would check the fuel filter for being clogged with crap.. I only go to one gas station in town... Out of town, beggers cant be choosers....
