there is a sticker in plain sight under the hood, that says mobile 1 0w40, probably for a reason. When I bought mine I asked for an oil change knowing that the oil was pretty expensive. hopefully they aren't trying to mask a problem. chris
If it was my car, i would take it back and let them eat the price of the oil. if it is not recommended they shouldn't have used it.
