If you are not mechanically inclined, it is a PITA to adjust as you'll need to remove the spring to adjust height unlike true coilovers where u just use the wrench that it comes with. as far as tire rubbing you'll get them. my main complaint with them is that i have it set to medium (height) and i bottom out easy on the freeway when going over some inclined/decline spot when going over at least 80mph.
not an issue with road racing though.
