I am in the process of having my ignition switch changed out at a local dealership. I have read that several of you guys have cut, or removed the lock, that locks your sterering wheel. I have noticed that my key turns easier when the wheel is turned past lock. Is that something specific to our vehicles? When I bought the car the ignition was sticky, and didn't wan't to turn. The dealer didn't say anything about this, and had some company suppossedly fix it. It worked for a while, but now I'm looking at 700 bucks for the ignition switch and a new key, I don't want to just have one key, and one is worn down too much to reuse. Should I get in the practice of locking the steering wheel when I park the car? Thanks in advance chris
