As a list of members forms it would be required for everybody to become geographically involved in the planning and coordinating in there areas to connect with others and create small convoys to the final destination.
Similar to what Danimal and several others did when coming to the Dragon meet back in April.
It's a huge task but we have a great deal of time to think it through.
