intercooler is not neccessary for 7 psi. I suggest you read CHuck norris's SUPERCHARGER thread...as I originally sent him the PDF file to start his project from.

you might need the voltage clamp for the maf, and some check valves, as that's what they used on the SK kit.

Oh and one more thing, spend some money on a decent data logging computer if you plan on doing this.. really you can't be guessing at this stuff!
