I'm sorry to see you guys do this. I think I can speak for the DFWXfires when I say we are probably less organized (for worse or better). We are just happy to have folks show up at the GTG's whether it's just once or frequent. Of course the GTG's are more fun when more show up. I know I have developed some valued friendships that are a result of meeting at the the GTG.
Why some don't show up or respond on the forum varies. Some have to work, have family obligations or are less enthusiastic. As far as posting goes, I bet the ones that don't post in GTG thread reflect their lack of activity in the forum. Good for them. They somehow avoided this serious addiction the rest of us have for the forum. 
IMHO, deleting their CTC memberships pretty much ensures they'll never return. Just my thought.
Any excuse will do, however the CTC holds a GTG once a month on a regular basis, so everyone knows to expect it and can plan far enough in advance for it. A pattern of missing them up to five or more does not work. The CTC was founded to;
Socialize, Show our cars, Have fun and Make friends. We assume that those who are not showing up or not responding to posts, do not want to do it anymore. As far as returning, they are not showing up anyway. We still have enough active members and will continue signing up new ones.
