I would be happy with just a full replacement exhuast the delees the Cats but uses the stock muffler.
I don't want to draw more attention from the cops than I already do, the stock NA exhaust is restrictive. Something that can be bolted up to a simple header would be cool.

so just give me a header back to the muffler, I'll take cheap steel or SS. my budjet would be $300 for steel and $499 for cheap SS

Also there is no real need for dual exhaust it just adds more weight to the car.
