Was getting on the highway when the transmission suddenly put itself in neutral. Tried moving through the gears with the autostick but nothing happened. Pulled over, shut it off, turned it on, and it seemed okay.

Then when I went to the store I noticed a new VERY LOUD tick. Seems to be coming from the top/back of the motor? I opened the hood and it sounds like lifters. I perused the ticking threads on the forum.

Any hunch on the tranny behavior? Its not leaking.

Appointment at the dealer will be made tomorrow.
