That sounds more like flat spotting of the tires, if it happening after the car sits for a while.
Crank the pressure up to 40 or 45 psi, and drive on the highway at 70 mph for about 10 to 20 miles, and see if it improves/vanishes. If it goes away after the miles at the higher pressure, its the tires flat spotting.
