Interesting:
While I was driving today - I was going about 35 mph and not accelerating nor decelerating - and the car behaved as if I had taken my foot off the throttle and then put it back a moment later. It did this three or four times in the span of a few blocks.

There is something very wrong with either my throttle or the sensors involved with it.
