tighed1, have a new renewed love for you man, what the h3ll do you do for a living...My Z had something funky wrong with it, we replaced everything under warranty twice, to no avail. It is in a collectors garage in Texas. I would love to have a workable one....I think the second from the left, never saw one around here w/ blk stripes. Anyway, to those who think the SS was top of the line, you are partially right, but I would put my 302 '69 Z-28 w/ 4.11's up against anything back then. The '71 big block had 4 short blocks, before I put a 350/360 hp crate motor in it. I think the heavier front springs, 3500 stall, 4.56 rear end, snubber bars, allowed me to yank the left front wheel in whole shot just about everytime. That car is still around, getting raced from time to time...God knows how many motors have been it...Camaros are a blast, and if I had the energy, I would build another one...
