it's the same thing at all dealerships most salespeople have no true knowledge of the cars they are selling, you get these automated responses from them, like well it's a pretty fast car or yeah this car is really reliable.
My wife really wanted a volkswagen eos for some crazy reason I think it's a very ugly car but that's what she was wanting so we go to the dealership to check it out and not one salesperson there knew how to operate the hard-top, I realize these cars are somewhat new but when the main selling point of a car like that is the fact that it's a hard-top drop-top and you can't get the top to go down wow.
5 days later they call me and say we figured out how to get the top to go down if you want to come in for another look, my reply sorry we just bought her a Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 vert.
