Talked with Heartland Park Topeka (HPT) today. They're extremely excited about the possibility of hosting our XFire event. And for those that follow the NHRA, this facility just hosted the NHRA Summer Nationals, which is an annual event at this site. So their drag strip is one of the best in USA! And I'm told it could be made available to us as an evening event, since they have lights! How 'bout that!

Of course this all has a cost associated to it and I'm hoping to get these figures by end of June.

HPT also gave me the name of a contact in the Porsche Car Club that holds an event usually in June every year. Strong possibility that we would be allowed to "piggy-back" with them and that would drop our costs considerably. And the PCCA group, I'm told by HPT, brings along outstanding instructors that would be available to us to show how to get our XFires around the road course both quickly & safely.
(Note: If you check HTP website, you'll see where the PCCA group has their event this weekend. We just need to convince them to hold next year's event in the last half of June.)
