I changed mine myself and its not very difficult and as far as the torx driver I believe its a T-30 but I'm not 100% sure. I didn't use a torx driver I used a pair of vise grips to grab the torx screw edges and it came right off on the first try and it didn't booger up the screw either. Also buy yourself windshield wiper removal tool(I bought mine at Advanced Auto for $6.00) it will make removal very simple and clean out your water drain compartments while you have it apart because if your car is outside most of the time you'll find all kinds of debris that can clog the drain lines and start to leak water inside the car where the blower motor vent is. I think the total time to take apart and put back together was about 45 minutes. Hope this helps, Pat
