The tool is for stuck auto transmissions, unlatching 'vert roofs and removing the lower rad grill to get at the front towing hook. I call it the Crossfire toolkit. It is also OK to crack walnuts with. It is mentioned on pages 125/6 and 173 of the 2004 Owners Manual.
