Yes, the last two pics are referencing the bottom portion of the upper grill. The plastic is very thin and brittle and often these tabs break, I was simply trying to let everyone know that everything is intact.

Read through the instructions on how to take the factory one off (very easy) and you will see what I mean, many peoples tabs are broken and they don't even know it.

As far as price, you and crooked were the first two to come to me, I know te OEM is around $320 (someone must have been high), I was thinking something around $100, maybe lower, let me know what you all think.
