I just bought one of these from Crutchfield and installed it in my 2005 Roadster this morning. The installation was medium difficulty mainly becuase you had to bypass the factory pre-amp for all of the speaker wiring. It is easy to do if you are patient and methodical. I made two calls to Crutchfield tech support to ask clarifying questions along the way and they were a great resource.

That said, the unit performs very nicely. The Bluetooth works like a charm, the iPod interface works great, and the sound is much, much better than the factory system! And, I am getting to explore the HD stations in my area.
