Default What is the rubbing?

Ok, ever since I lowered the car and added the new wheels, I have this rubbing sound. At first I thought it was new tire noise, but it hasn't gone away. It changes with speed and is more noticeable at slower speeds. I had the long lug problem, but I caught it during my quick 50ft test drive attempt and quickly put it back on the lift to shorten the lugs. Now, I'm thinking that maybe the internal springs were damaged enough to cause the emergency brake to rub a bit. It's either that or the wheel bearings are being abused by the lowered height and change in geometry.

Suggestions?
