since we have basically an identical setup, i thought i'd try and help.(hope i can)
most of my rubbing was after setting the camber, i was hitting the metal bracings that run diagonally across the bottom of the front of the car.

also, i had to cut out the plastic 'nubbies' that stood up along the inside lip of the front fenders.

then (by hand) i pressed and molded the plastic up front in the wells away from the tires.

also make sure you're clear on the inside of the wheels. there is sometimes shaving to be done there if your offset applies
