slk32krazy!, I Think I used ½” hose with fuel injector clamps (high pressure). I’ll check it at lunch and if it’s different I’ll edit this. I used 6” lengths. The only trick was I had to use a tubing bender and bend the cooler lines almost 180° from the original position. I probably could have avoided that if I used longer hose sections But I was trying to keep the area under the headlights clear for the HID’s ballasts. Basically I copied what Woody did.
Also make sure you have power steering fluid on hand. I was able to purchase a liter from our local VW dealership for $21.95.
I’ll post more pics when I get a chance.
