Try spraying lysol or another anti bac. spray into the induction port near the top of your hood. While your spraying turn on the car fan so it cycles it throughout the system. You will need to clean the inside of your windows but it will kill any mold in the vents and leave a nice smell behind.

I always buy winter beaters and always do this to the cars with smelly vents. Works great.
