A few of us are running lower. When the track is prepped very well, several of us run 12.1's on street tires. Chuck (Thumper SRT6) ran a 12.1 with just a tune, code-3 pulley, Needswings intake, street tires, and a completely stock exhaust. And Dave in South Florida has done it. Running closer to sea level may be the advantage over you guys.
